We can store your ordered item(s) for 180 days since the day of we updated you *second payment ready notice. If you combine a new order with your existing shipment ticket, it will extend automatically.
If we do not receive any shipping instructions from you after the free storage period. We will send you one reminder emails. If we do not get any reply from your within 7 days after the email was sent. We will depose your order/item(s). However, if you still want to hold your order/item(s), you can give us a written request via the following channels (Inbox, cs@bhiner.com). The storage fee is 1 CNY per 1 kg volume weight for every ONE day.
